Why work with me: I’ve been there.

I understand what you’re facing because I’ve lived it. Starting as one of the few women engineers on the International Space Station Program, I went on to spend more than 20 years in corporate leadership at Intel. I know what it takes to navigate fast-paced environments, build stakeholder alignment, and make tough decisions while staying true to yourself.

After retiring from Intel, I moved into board leadership and community development, chairing nonprofit Girls on the Run Oregon, and later serving on a City of Portland government committee. My years in both corporate and nonprofit industries showed me that effective leadership extends beyond technical skills alone; it requires deep self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and the ability to integrate all aspects of who we are.

My coaching isn’t based solely on academic frameworks. It’s grounded in real-world experience leading global teams, driving organizational transformation, and managing the complexities that ambitious leaders face daily. As an executive coach certified by New Ventures West and accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I combine three decades of leadership expertise with proven coaching methodologies to create a partnership that’s both deeply insightful and practically grounded.

I know that profound, lasting change comes from developing new capabilities while honoring who you are. Together, we’ll work to deepen your self-awareness, recognize patterns that may be holding you back, and build practical skills that serve your long-term success, both professionally and personally.

“You did something deeper, you changed my heart, made me feel I could accomplish more than before.”
