Why work with me: I’ve been there.
I began my career as one of the few women engineers on the International Space Station Program, then spent more than 20 years in corporate leadership at Intel, navigating fast-paced environments, leading global teams, and making high-stakes decisions while trying to stay true to myself. I know firsthand what it takes to succeed in demanding, male-dominated environments, and what it costs when you’re doing it without the right support.
After retiring from Intel, I looked for new ways to do things that mattered, chairing the board for Girls on the Run Greater Oregon and serving on a City of Portland government transition committee. And throughout all of it, I was always drawn to the human side of leadership: listening deeply, noticing the patterns beneath the surface, understanding what truly drives people and what holds them back. Personal growth and self-awareness were always part of how I showed up. Executive coaching felt like the natural place where both sides of me could finally come together.
As a coach certified by New Ventures West and accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I bring three decades of real-world leadership experience together with an evidence-informed approach that works with the whole person, not just the professional. I’ll ask the questions that stop you mid-sentence, hold space for the hard work, and walk alongside you as you step into the leader — and the person — you already have the capacity to be.
